We are "The Dutch, Adult Entertainment Industry Union" dedicated to supporting and protecting workers within this industry so they can live and work independently in our community making sure that their labour and human rights are respected!
How can we help?
What we do?
- Representation and Advocacy: The union would act as the voice of the industry in government and other organizations, advocating for fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and fair treatment for workers and businesses in the industry.
- Resources and Support: The union would provide resources and support to businesses and workers in the industry, such as training, legal advice, and financial support.
- Promoting the Industry: The union work to promote the industry and address negative stereotypes and misconceptions about it, by educating the public about the realities of the industry and its positive contributions to the economy and society.This could include providing media training and resources for workers, as well as working with industry organizations and other groups to promote the industry in a positive light.
- Industry Standards and Codes of Conduct: The union will establish industry standards and codes of conduct for businesses and workers to follow, in order to ensure ethical and responsible practices within the industry.
- Networking Opportunities: The union will provide networking opportunities for businesses and workers in the industry, such as trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: The union will assist businesses in the industry with legal and regulatory compliance, providing guidance on laws and regulations that apply to the industry, and representation in legal proceedings.
- Labor Rights: The union would help in protecting workers rights and benefits, such as fair wages, safety measures, and health benefits.
- Education and Professional Development: The union would provide educational and professional development opportunities for workers in the industry, such as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Collective Bargaining: The union would negotiate with employers on behalf of its members for better working conditions, wages, and benefits.
- Health and Wellness: The union will also provide support for mental and physical health of the workers in the industry, providing counseling, health care and support groups.
